Troy Zentner - President
Troy Zentner got his professional start running a small retail business for a large corporation. Following his success in this endeavor, he branched out to start his own marketing company. In addition to running his business, he became a small business coach and coached over 100 people in the United States and Australia. His businesses grew to allow him to become a partner, owning over $7,000,000 of insurance premium. As CEO of the organization, Mr. Zentner oversaw three insurance offices which included two small business acquisitions totaling over $1,700,000. He then organized and ran a small real estate acquisition company purchasing over $14,500,000 in real estate and a Real Estate Lending Company which lent over $15,000,000 in short term bridge financing. Mr. Zentner now brings his years of experience, his relationships, and passion for helping others maximize results in creating personal wealth to his responsibilities at Caracal Club.
Alan W. Cottle - Chief Director
Alan Cottle brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the Caracal Club, including acquisition, financing, development, and general contracting. Mr. Cottle has managed the growth and development of real estate and investment portfolios for several clients, both private and commercial. Mr. Cottle is also a licensed general contractor and Realtor and has successfully developed residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. Early in his career Mr. Cottle also managed a regional construction lending and residential mortgage portfolio for a privately held corporation.
Prior to joining Cottle Capital Group, Mr. Cottle was a founding partner of American Institutional Partners in Salt Lake City. At AIP, Mr. Cottle was instrumental in the development and financing of real estate projects, including the development of a resort property on Little Exuma, Bahamas. In 2002, Mr. Cottle joined Hyatt Senior Living, an affiliate of Hyatt Hotel Corporation, as a Vice President of Real Estate Development. In this position, Mr. Cottle traveled throughout the U.S., as well as in Canada to meet with government and political leaders, financial and real estate investors, developers, and builders, and to negotiate with property owners to develop sites for new, high-end senior properties. Mr. Cottle holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah.
