What is the Caracal Club?
Caracal Club is an opportunity forum. It has been organized to fill an industry gap by creating transparency in private opportunities. More opportunities are made available to the club because of the summation of capital, resources, and knowledge that the members and management provide. Members will appreciate the clear expectations understood by all inherent in posting and operating opportunities. Members can diversify with opportunities in International and Domestic Real Estate, Small Business, Venture, and Energy. The purposes for the Caracal are:
- To provide tools and methods for members, allowing them to screen opportunities easily and for presenters to understand and meet members’ expectations.
- To enhance opportunity locating through relationships, networks, and club members.
- To create convenient ways for members to encourage transparency and communication in their due diligence processes.
What is a Member?
Members are individuals who are capable of making decisions on private investments. They are interested in taking advantage of America’s economic opportunities. They are also interested in diversifying their investments and in taking control over part their portfolio. Members may also be individuals who understand the power of a world market and want to diversify in growing countries. Members want to have more options, and want resources to make informed decisions. Members understand that a group summation of capital, resources, and knowledge allows for the creation of more wealth.

Each deal posted uses a Caracal Club Template in which they upload all of the available information while highlighting the items that members would want to know first. This template organizes opportunities and simplifies the process of finding an appropriate and desired investment opportunity for members.
We have an open communication portal (similar to a blog) through which members can request additional information, ask questions, post facts, and check opinions about each opportunity. It is a great way to learn from others. Our current members use it to make their best decisions.
